Azure disks are a bit slow to resize, so I'm uploading pre-sized images. However, the build artifacts are huge, so I store them zstd compressed to save massive amounts of space. WebApr 18, 2024 · Blobxfer does not upload blobs as one operation if they are under 64MB (as it appears Storage Explorer is doing) unless the file is zero-bytes. Files with size greater than zero bytes are chunked into blocks and uploaded in parallel. From what I can gather here, it looks like block uploading requires the Write permission.
