WebJan 23, 2024 · Tire flex. If you are toed out, the bottom of the tire will try to drive away from the truck and the rubber up top will naturally want to lean inward closer to the UCA. Same with more camber or even the load from turning at speed. It's side load pressure on the tire that can tilt to top towards or away from the UCA.
