WebMIT Scheme supports R7RS, so does Guile, I like Gauche Scheme, you have Sagittarius Scheme, Larceny Scheme, Kawa Scheme (if you want java interop) and Chibi Scheme as well. So you have a bunch of choices that all support R7RS and each should its own strengths that might appeal to you. For myself I use Gauche Scheme and am happy with it.
