Measure to the bottom of the receiver and the difference is the drop or rise. Buy the drawbar and ball from UHaul and they will assemble it for you. WebThe Toyota hitch goes about an inch into your bumper. The plastic trim at the bottom needs to be changed to accommodate that. The uhaul “hidden” hitch is flush on the bumper. That extra inch “could” help keeping a hitch carrier safe when going down steep inclines but other than that, they’re both same utility wise.
