Inbox folder missing from outlook
WebApr 6, 2024 · I realized then that even in iCloud web site, actually 272 emails are missing from the sent messages folder for the same account. I even create a new folder under Inbox, I can see it in both iOS and Win11, tried to move some of the missing email in this folder using the iOS app, but no way, the email does not show up in Outlook Desktop folder. WebAfter the Outlook update on my Mac, I lost my inbox and draft folders from favorites on the navigation pane. I thought maybe it was from the update, but it is not the new outlook. I know I lost the draft folder when I clicked on the yellow star after the draft folder. Not sure if that’s what happen with the inbox in favorites.
