WebOct 19, 2010 · Arcturis is actually not as hard to find as some other rares. His respawn timer is a bit more regular. Easiest way to find him without losing too much sleep or sanity is to just log out at his location. That way you check it when you leave, and when you log in. The two important ones were me and Loco. We both shoot to get him coming our way, Loco’s shot hits first and Arcturis starts his way, then mine hits and he comes for me instead.
