In another window, open the folder where the photos you want to add to iCloud Photos are currently stored. Select the photos you want to add. Drag them into the iCloud Photos folder. I noticed that Windows has created a folder under Pictures folder for iCloud and there lies a folder called iCloud Photos which contains a Downloads folder. I then noticed that 25GBs of pictures and videos are there, and now I am worried that if I remove them, they will also be deleted from my iCloud.
